MANILA, Philippines — An evening of world-class music lit up Vintage as Senator Loren Legarda collaborated with the Cultural Heart of the Philippines (CCP) in bringing again the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO) to her residence province for a particular live performance on the College of Vintage Sibalom campus on Friday, August 15.
